While our Sedona tours are of course most easily associated with outdoor experiences, you might be more in the mood for an in-room experience. Luckily for us all, Sedona’s spiritual vortex energies exist throughout the town, and can be accessed wherever you’re staying. Those days when you feel like staying close to your Sedona home base are perfect for experiencing one or more of our specialized indoor sessions.
A wonderful way to begin to access the energies of the area is with a meditation consultation. If you’re new to meditation, we can introduce you to this amazing practice by teaching you a variety of techniques so that you can find out which style of meditation fits with you. If you already have a practice, we can add to it, and help you to use your practice to tap into Sedona’s powerful energies.
Perhaps you’re in a transitional time in life, unsure as to which step to take next — a Spirit Coaching session can help you to gain the insights and inspiration you seek to move forward into your purpose.
In addition to in-room services, you may want to experience a Jin Shin Jyutsu session in the in-town offices of our masterful practitioners. This gentle and non-invasive ancient Japanese healing art brings balance to the body’s physical and emotional energies, and leaves you with a profound sense of well-being.
These are just a few of our indoor offerings — check out these and many more under our “Vortex Sessions” tab at the top of the website.
Spiritual Sedona Yoga for Beginners

What do you get if you take one of our spiritual Sedona tours and add in some yoga? A spiritual Sedona Yoga Tour! Starting your new yoga experience in the outdoors — especially in the red rocks of Sedona — can immediately boost your yoga connection.
Not to worry if you can’t sit cross-legged or touch your toes. Our yoga teachers realize that the physical aspects of yoga are secondary to the true nature of the practice — the connection you develop with yourself as you explore your inherent yoga nature. As long as you can breathe, you have automatic success with every pose.
Indeed, if you are not flexible, the very practice of accepting that physical inflexibility becomes itself a successful practice. Our teachers work with you to determine what style of yoga will best help you. For some it’s a very still practice, while for others it may involve more movement.
Your yoga practice can also be tailored to help you to become grounded, to become energized, to release old blockages or invite in new energies — whichever approach serves you best. Learning and practicing your yoga with the Sedona vortex energy will begin your practice with the help of Sedona’s powerful energies.
Feel free to bring a camera and have your teacher photograph some poses for you to take home. You’ll leave with a new knowledge of poses and yoga philosophy that you can take with you and continue to grow!
Summer Does Not Mean an End to Tours in Sedona AZ

We’re getting into our warmer summer season here, but that doesn’t mean that tours in Sedona AZ have to come to an end. While we are a desert landscape and can experience high mid-day temperatures, there’s still ample opportunity to connect with the special energies here in the mornings and evenings. In fact, the lighting on the rocks is often at its most captivating in these early morning and evening hours.
Spiritual Sedona tours can take on a special glow with the rising and setting sun. Imagine a Sedona vortex yoga session as the sun is setting, the air is cooling, and the rocks are glowing. Or a photography tour at dawn, with your Sedona tour guides helping you to capture that first glimpse of a new day. Sedona hiking tours, wonderful at any time of the year, now offer chances to reconnect with the lizards and butterflies that reappear this time of year, and soon the baby quail will join us. Because our tours in Sedona AZ are not prescheduled, we’re happy to start your tour in time to catch the sunrise — or to take you out in the evening to catch the setting sun — letting you connect with the energies here at any time of year.
Keeping a Finger in the Meditation Pool….

All of our tours involve some aspect of meditation. When spending time on a Sedona AZ spiritual vortex or engaging in Sedona vortex yoga, it’s easy to realize the meditation practice. However, even if you are on a Sedona photography tour or a Sedona hiking tour, meditations are taking place!
Often, we’re taught that meditation must be practiced in a bubble — removing ourselves from daily interests and stimuli. We may be told that we have to set aside a certain amount of time for a daily practice, and that we have “failed” if we do not manage to do so. Of course, there are wonderful benefits to having a separate meditation practice. The benefits are well known and include everything from lowered blood pressure to mood stability. That being said, we can also benefit equally from tiny meditations throughout our entire day.
Spending time on the Sedona red rocks makes these mini-meditations easy — we’re caught for the moment in drinking in the beauty, or feeling the energy around us. But we can take this home, too, with just a little attention. Let’s start with something simple — an anchor to remind you to check in with yourself.
A great start is to pause before eating. With your food in front of you, pause to notice your breath. Take three breaths before you start to eat. It’s that easy. For now, you don’t even need to try to control the breath — just count three breaths and notice the act of breathing as being the most interesting thing happening.
Doing this simple thing before each meal or snack begins the framework for a day where you never completely leave a meditative state — where you always have a finger (or toe!) in the ever-present meditation pool. In future posts, we’ll look into types of breathing, and other ways to keep you connected throughout the day — enjoy!
